When Thomas started working on my projects, it became readily apparent that he was perhaps the best young engineer with whom I had the pleasure of working. That was a while ago, and he has continued to impress me.

His work ethic is second to none. He has a strong commitment to doing his job right, and understands the importance of delivering projects that are not only completed on time and within budget, but also meet the client’s needs. Additionally, he continually works to improve the design engineering process as he fully understands that quality is something that is pursued and is never fully attained. Thomas is never satisfied with his own performance and is continually thinking of what he could do better.

He is intelligent, creative, respectful, and has good leadership skills.

Thomas worked on my projects at Andritz Bricmont, and I was deeply saddened when he told me he was leaving for another opportunity. It was my loss and definitely was Tenova’s gain. I tried to convince him to stay, but I also knew he was going to a position where he could grow further, and that was much more important. It has been a great pleasure for me to watch his career develop. I truly miss working with him.
