I completely agree with you working with a coach has its advantages. But just one question, what if your not an engineer is there a coach for something like IT because i have been looking not seen anyone.

In order for a coach to be effective, they must have experience that aligns with your goals. For instance, i am an engineer, but i am doing more work than ever in sales. I have a coach who works specifically in sales, but os not an engineer. What about you? What are your goals?
